Why we built LumaCare

Care should be coordinated, not chaotic

We built LumaCare for our own needs - taking care of a loved one with complex health needs is a challenge we know intimately. We built LumaCare to solve the real problems we faced, and we're dedicated to making it the best tool for families like ours around the world.

We set out to build a platform that brings everything together: a single place where the whole care team stays in sync, where nothing important is ever missed, and where families can finally step back knowing everyone has what they need.

LumaCare is built with deep respect for the sensitivity of this data. We treat the information entrusted to us — medical records, daily care logs, family memories — with the privacy and security it deserves.
