Know-how

Every caregiver gives the same care

Most of what makes care good lives in one person's head. LumaCare turns it into a profile and guides that every caregiver can read before they start.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I start with care guides?

Start with the routines people ask you about most. On Premium, the guide builder suggests the topics to cover and asks you a few questions, so you never face a blank page.

Can helpers change the guides?

Only if you give them permission. You can also let caregivers add tips to a guide without being able to edit the guide itself.

Who can see medical information?

Only the people you've given access to. Each person's permissions decide what they can see.
